Checked back into Camp James R. High |
Back to The Lodge James R. (Jim) High I believe I attended in the late 50's early, 60's. I remember shuffle board, doing the backstroke at numerous swim meets, and attempting to make my bed so that a quarter would bounce. I graduate from Rochester Institute (RIT) in New York in 1968. Uncle Sam really wanted me to join the Army and see the world. I was just lucky enough that he made a mistake and sent me to Germany in 1969 instead of that other place. I have worked at numerous printing & publishing businesses, ending up with a small print and copy shop of my own in 1986. After my first wife died, I moved to Cooperstown as a perminent resident and do a lot of volunteer work as a web minor...I really don't consider myself as a master at much of anything but make sure I enjoy what I am doing. I bet there is still some "Beachmuck" around for those of you that want to shovel it.
